On the morning of August 19, the first batch of 40-meter B-type patrol boats built by Jianglong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300589)was successfully launched in the Jianglong Boat Science and Technology Park which built for the Fujian Maritime Bureau of the Ministry of Transport. The Fujian Maritime Bureau and JiangLong Shipbuilding leaders attended the launch ceremony.

Huang Danhua, deputy director of Fujian Maritime Bureau said that the water level of 40 meters type B patrol system of the first ship is a maritime bureau of Fujian in the river dragon boat batch build three level 40 m B patrol ship number 1, is the maritime system technology content high, advanced equipment, excellent performance of sea cruise ship, the maritime safety administration and the ministry of transport and the ministry of communications to promote the development of Fujian Marine science, service plays an important role in the building of the channel west bank economic zone project.The 40-meter class B patrol boats built in this batch will further improve the level of law enforcement equipment and emergency response capacity of Fujian maritime safety administration.

Yan Zhiqing, chairman of Jianglong Shipbuilding, said in his speech that it is a demonstration of Jianglong Shipbuilding 's brand and strength to build 40-meter class patrol boats in bulk for the maritime administration of the ministry of transport of the People's Republic of China. It is of great significance for Jianglong Shipbuilding to deepen the cooperation with the maritime administration of the ministry of communications in the future.The first system of the ship launched on time quality, fully reflects the Jianglong Shipbuilding  "customer first, keep improving, can fight hard" style of work.

It is understood that the launch of the 40-meter class B patrol boat is made of steel, with a total length of 47.40 meters, a width of 8.00 meters, a depth of 4.70 meters, and a speed of no less than 17.5kn.At present, no. 2 and no. 3 ships of this model are under construction in Zhongshan branch of Jianglong Shipbuilding.
